You have 14 days after delivery to return an unworn item. The short version is below; the full terms are in our refund policy.
- 14 daysRequest your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- UnwornItems must be unworn, unused and in the original packaging.
- 5 business daysRefunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
How to return an item
- 1Email us first. Send your order number and the reason for the return to info@mera-fashion.com within 14 days of delivery. Please do not send anything back before you have our confirmation — return addresses are issued per order and unannounced returns cannot be processed.
- 2We send you the return address and instructions. We reply within 1–4 business days.
- 3Ship it back, tracked. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it with a tracked service. Return shipping is paid by you and the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
- 4Refund. Once your return arrives and passes inspection we confirm the approval and refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.
Refused delivery or parcel not collected? No refund. Always accept your parcel and collect it in time. If a parcel is refused or left uncollected at the pickup point, we cannot provide a refund.
Good to know
- Return shipping costs are always paid by the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- Returns cannot be started before the item has been delivered. To cancel an order, receive the parcel first and then return it.
- Refused or uncollected parcels are not refunded. If you refuse delivery or do not collect your parcel from the pickup point, we cannot provide a refund.
- Personalised items and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
- Orders delivered to the United States or Canada: our outbound shipping and import costs, plus a €15 return fee, are deducted from change-of-mind refunds — see the refund policy for the exact terms.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item?
Email info@mera-fashion.com within 14 days with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. We will look at it straight away and agree the solution with you.
