Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items marked as final sale or explicitly stated as non-refundable are not eligible for returns or refunds.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, please email us at info@mera-fashion.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return

Our team will reply with the correct return address and full instructions. Please do not send an item back before you have received a confirmed return address from us, as we are unable to process unannounced returns. Please make sure items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds are processed within 5 business days
• Funds are returned to your original payment method

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personalised or customised products, unless defective or damaged
• Clearance or final sale items

6. Delivery & Return Conditions

• Returns cannot be initiated before the item has been delivered.
• If you wish to cancel your order, you must first receive the package and then return it.
• We do not issue refunds if a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect their package.
• If a package is sent to a pickup point and is not collected, a 15 EUR administrative fee will be deducted from any refund.
