Every order ships for free with a tracking link, wherever you live. Here is exactly what happens after you check out.

How it works
- 1Order confirmed. You receive an order confirmation by email straight away. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
- 2Checked and packed within 48 hours. Your item is inspected for authenticity and quality, packed securely and handed to the courier. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or at the weekend leave on Monday or Tuesday.
- 3Tracking link by email. The moment your parcel is scanned by the courier you get an email with your tracking link, so you can follow it all the way to your door.
- 4Delivered. Standard delivery takes 5–14 working days. Rare or exclusive pairs that we source specifically for you can take up to 25 days — we tell you on the product page or by email before shipping.
Nothing to pay on arrival
Everything is paid online at checkout — the price you see is the full price. There are no shipping costs, and nothing to pay to the courier or customs when your parcel arrives, wherever you live.
Tracking your order
Your tracking link is sent by email as soon as the courier scans the parcel. Tracking can pause for a few days while a parcel moves between hubs, especially on international routes — this is normal. If your tracking has not updated for 5 working days, email us with your order number and we will open an investigation with the courier straight away.
Something wrong with your delivery?
If your parcel arrives damaged, or the item is not what you ordered, email info@mera-fashion.com within 7 days with a photo of the item and the packaging, and we will sort it out with you.
