01 — Order placed

Your order reaches us

The moment your order comes in we confirm your exact pair in your exact size. Most orders are packed and handed to the courier within 48 hours and delivered in 5–14 working days.

Rare releases, unusual sizes and models that left the shelves years ago are sourced on request and can take up to 25 days. We would rather take the extra time than send you the wrong thing — and we tell you upfront.

02 — Sourcing

We secure the pair

We buy through a network of suppliers and retail partners built up across Europe over the years — never from anonymous marketplaces. Once the pair is confirmed it is paid for, labelled and on its way to us.

03 — Intake

Arrival and first look

Every package is opened, logged and set aside for inspection the day it arrives. A small number of long-standing partners we audit ourselves ship directly to you; everything else passes through our hands first.

04 — Inspection

The check that decides everything

This is the step the whole business rests on, and no pair skips it. We go through:

• Materials and construction — stitching, glue lines, panel shape, sole tooling
• The box — print quality, label data, size and SKU match
• Labels, tags and inserts — size tag, production codes, extra laces and paper
• Finishing — logos, hardware, smell, weight and overall quality

Anything that does not add up goes back to the supplier. It never gets shipped to you.

05 — Dispatch

Packed and on its way

Once a pair passes, it is packed securely and handed to the courier. Your tracking link arrives by email so you can follow the parcel all the way to your door.

06 — Yours

Open the box

The only part we cannot do for you. If anything is not as expected, you have 14 days to return it — see our returns page.
