Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 72 hours (a little longer when it is very busy). Standard delivery takes 5–14 working days; exclusive or limited pairs can take up to 25 days.

It depends on where we ship. EU, EEA & UK: you have 14 days after delivery to return an unworn item in its original box — email us for the return address first; return shipping is paid by you. USA, Canada, Switzerland & all other countries: all sales are final — no change-of-mind returns, but damaged, faulty or wrong items are sorted out by email within 7 days of delivery. Details on our returns page.

Every product page has a size guide and a size tip (for example “true to size” or “take half a size up”). Not sure? Send us your usual size in another brand and we will advise you personally.

Yes. We ship from Belgium to the EU, the UK, the US and most other countries — always free and tracked. Everything is paid online, nothing to pay on arrival.
