Sign in, go to "Ways to redeem" on this page and swap your points for a discount code.

Sign in to your account — your points are shown at the top of this page.
Do my points become invalid after a certain time?
Points will expire after one year if there is no activity on the account.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards will not expire once they are activated in the account.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return or cancel a purchase, the points you earned for it are taken off your account.
When do I receive my birthday present?
On your birthday! The only case in which birthday points are postponed until next year is if your birthday is within 30 days from the day you entered it.
I forgot to use my points at checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately codes cannot be used on an order after the purchase has been completed.
What do the VIP tiers give me?
Sneakerhead (from €750 spent) and Deadstock King (from €2500) earn more points per order, bigger birthday rewards, an upgrade bonus, early access to drops and the MeraFashion Family Gift (a €10 code twice a year for Sneakerheads, every 3 months for Deadstock Kings), plus a lifetime discount on every order. Deadstock Kings also get a VIP support & styling line and free returns.
When do I get points for an order?
As soon as your order has shipped. Points are based on what you paid for the products (after discounts, without shipping and gift cards).
