Mera Fashion Refund Policy

Order Cancellations:

Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
After this period, orders can no longer be canceled and must be received before a return can be initiated in accordance with our return policy.

Disputes & Chargebacks:

If you experience any issues with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us directly before opening a dispute or chargeback. Our support team is always happy to help and will do everything possible to resolve the matter quickly and fairly.

Please be aware that opening a dispute or chargeback may delay the resolution process, as these procedures require additional review time from payment providers. By reaching out to us first, we can often provide a faster and smoother solution.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. You can contact us via our social media.

If it is stated that the sale is final or the item is not eligible for return, no refund can be requested.

Return Procedure:

To start a return, you must contact Mera Fashion within the 30-day period and provide your order details and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process. Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transport.

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and adding shipping insurance to ensure the item is safely returned.

Refund Process:

Once we have received the returned item and confirmed its eligibility (this may be done with a photo of the item), we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the amount. If more than 15 days have passed since the return approval, please contact Mera Fashion.

Exceptions:

Certain items – such as personalized or custom-made products – may not be returned, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Sale items or items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned.

If a customer wishes to return an item that has not yet been delivered, we do not accept this. The return can only be made once the item is received. We also do not refund if a customer refuses to accept the package at the door or pickup location. (If a package is delivered to a pickup location and not collected, a processing fee of 10 euros will be applied). If you regret your order and wish to cancel it, you must first collect the package and then return it to us. This ensures it is not registered as "not collected."
