How to return an item

1. Email us at info@mera-fashion.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We confirm the return address and any details. Reply usually within 24 hours on weekdays.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with tags attached. We recommend a tracked shipping service.
4. Send it back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
5. We refund the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email info@mera-fashion.com with a photo of the item and packaging within 7 days. We’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.

Order cancellations

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it (before it ships). After that, please follow the return process above once the package arrives.

EU dispute resolution

If we can’t resolve a complaint together, EU consumers can use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
